Acrylic on gallery wrapped canvas, 24” x 36” x 1.5”. Just as the sun drops beneath the tree line and the bugs start to come out to play and the frogs start singing and the camp stove hisses. This is that feeling. I have so many memories of evenings at a mountain lake after a long hike in, after the tent is set up and dinner is about to be made. Just thinking about it brings me a sense of peaceful energy.
