I don’t believe there is a best painting. There are a lot darn fine paintings though. Art is different than arithmetic. It is more like calculus, with each artist taking smaller and smaller steps toward infinity, knowing they will never reach perfection. Two plus two will always equal four, but one divided by zero will continue on toward infinity forever.
